About Calcein Blue
Calcein Blue is the hydrodlyzed version of Calcein, Blue AM. It is commonly used as a cell impermeant, esterase independet control for Calcein Blue, AM. Commonly used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or fluorescent microplate reader assays. It has an excitation peak at 359 nm and an emission peak at 445 nm.
