About MITO-ID (Extracellular O2)
MITO-ID Extracellular O2 sensor from Enzo Life Sciences is an oxygen sensitive phosphorescent probe used to assess O2 consumption in cultured cells, organelles and tissue using a fluorescent microplate reader. It has an excitation max at 379 nm and an emission max at 644 nm.
