Sytox AADvanced (7-AAD) from Thermo Fisher Scientific is a cell-impermeant, fluorogenic nucleic acid stain that can be used as a viability dye or to detect apoptosis in flow cytometry. It has an excitation peak at 544 nm and an emission peak at 645 nm.
