TyraMax 630/650

TyraMax™ Dyes are Biotium’s next generation of tyramide signal amplification (TSA) dyes for spatial biology. TSA, or Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD), is a sensitive technique for detecting low-abundance targets in fluorescent ICC, IHC, FISH. TyraMax™ Dyes are designed to yield a brighter signal compared to CF® Dye tyramides. TyraMax 630/650 has an excitation peak at 631 nm and an emission peak at 650 nm.
