DY-601XL
DY-601XL (Ex-Max 602 nm/Em-Max 631 nm)
DY-601XL from Dyomics is a member of their MegaStokes fluorophore family. These dyes are characterized by very dramatic Stokes Shifts between their excitation and emission peaks. This fluorophore has an excitation peak at 602 nm and an emission peak at 631 nm. Although spectrally they could be applied to flow cytometry applications, they exhibit wide emission ranges that will spillover into neighboring emission channels. They are most commonly used for fluorescence microscopy.
