Oxazole Red homodimer (YOYO-3) is a cell-impermeant, fluorogenic bis-intercalating nucleic acid stain. Oxazole Red homodimer has an excitation peak at 612 nm and an emission peak at 631 nm. It is commonly used as a dead and apoptotic cell stain in the following applications: Fluorescence Microscopy and Flow Cytometry.
