XFD680 from AAT Bioquest has an excitation peak at 681 nm and an emission peak at 704 nm and is similar in size, brightness and application to Alexa Fluor™ 680 (ThermoFisher Scientific), Cy®5.5 (GE Healthcare), IR680® (Licor), and iFluor® 680 (ATT Bioquest). It is commonly used in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy applications.
