About Cascade Yellow

Cascade Yellow has an excitation peak at 402 nm and an emission peak at 545 nm. It is spectrally similar to Krome Orange and Pacific Orange. A superior alternative to Cascade Yellow in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy is Brilliant™ Violet 510, StarBright Violet 515 and Brilliant™ Violet 480.
