About X-Rhod-1 (Ca2+ bound)

X-Rhod-1, AM is a calcium indicator used in fluorescence microscopy applications. It has an excitation peak at 578 nm and an emission peak at 600 nm when bound to calcium. However, this indicator is a BAPTA-derivative and measurement can be affected by the presence of Mn^2+, Zn ^2+ and Pb^2+.
