About CellVue NIR780
CellVue NIR780 is a lipophilic dye that can be used for cell tracking. Thought it's primary excitation peak is at 741 nm, it can also effectively be excited by the 633 nm laser and has an emission peak at 771 nm thus it can be analyzed using flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.
