About mBBR

Monobromobimane (mBBR) is a cell permeant reagent that is fluorogenic upon conjugation to thiol moeities and thus can be used for detection and quantitation of glutathione, mercaptopurine, peptide and plasma thiols. It has an excitation peak at 390 nm and an emission peak at 490 nm.
