About Aco-800
The Aco-800™ is a water-soluble membrane-labelling dye that can be excited by a red laser (638nm), however it exhibits peak absorption at 735nm and peak emission at 800nm in the near-infrared region. When unbound in PBS, the dye remains non-aggregated and exhibits minimal fluorescence signal, reducing false positive results.
