	CD23	The protein encoded by this gene is a B-cell specific antigen, and a low-affinity receptor for IgE. It has essential roles in B cell growth and differentiation, and the regulation of IgE production. This protein also exists as a soluble secreted form, then functioning as a potent mitogenic growth factor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.[provided by RefSeq, Jul 2011]

		Flow Cytometry: CD23/Fc epsilon RII Antibody (EBVCS2) [NBP1-43433] - Analysis using the PE conjugate of NBP1-43433. Analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes using CD23 PE conjugate. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5to 10^8 cells/test.
		Flow Cytometry: CD23/Fc epsilon RII Antibody (EBVCS2) [NBP1-43433] - Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with 0.5 ug of Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Purified (open histogram) or 0.25ug of Anti-Human CD23 Purified (filled histogram) followed by Anti-Mouse IgG FITC. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
