Vybrant DyeCycle Violet from Thermo Fisher Scientific is a fluorogenic, cell-permeant nucleic acid stain that can be used to assess cell cycle in live or fixed cells. Vybrant DyeCycle probes are an alternative to the CytoPhase probes from Biolegend. It has an excitation peak at 369 nm and an emission peak at 437 nm.
