About eFluor 450 Fix Viability

eFluor™ 450 Fixable Viability from Thermo Fisher Scientific is an amine-reactive dye that can be used to discriminate between live and dead cells in flow cytometry. It is compatible with further cryopreservation, fixation or permeabilization. It has an excitaiton peak at 402 nm and an emission peak at 442 nm.
