About Oxazole Blue Homodimer

Oxazole Blue homodimer (POPO-1) is a cell-impermeant, fluorogenic bis-intercalating nucleic acid stain. Oxazole Blue homodimer has an excitation peak at 433 nm and an emission peak at 457 nm. It is commonly used as a dead and apoptotic cell stain in the following applications: Fluorescence Microscopy and Flow Cytometry.
