About IL-17F and Purified
| IL-17F | The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that shares sequence similarity with IL17. This cytokine is expressed by activated T cells, and has been shown to stimulate the production of several other cytokines, including IL6, IL8, and CSF2/GM_CSF. This cytokine is also found to inhibit the angiogenesis of endothelial cells and induce endothelial cells to produce IL2, TGFB1/TGFB, and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1. Human IL-17F ELISA Standard Curve. Recombinant Human IL-17F protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Mouse Anti-Human IL-17F Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB13354) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Mouse Anti-Human IL-17F Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB13353) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994). |
