About GRK7 and Purified
| GRK7 | This gene encodes a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein (G protein)-coupled receptor kinase subfamily of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat GRK7 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, BJAB human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line, and Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat GRK7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4700) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for GRK7 at approximately 62 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
