About CSRP2 and Purified
| CSRP2 | CSRP2 is a member of the CSRP family of genes, encoding a group of LIM domain proteins, which may be involved in regulatory processes important for development and cellular differentiation. CRP2 contains two copies of the cysteine-rich amino acid sequence motif (LIM) with putative zinc-binding activity, and may be involved in regulating ordered cell growth. Other genes in the family include CSRP1 and CSRP3. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2014] |

Detection of Human CSRP2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of ME-180 human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human CSRP2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6196) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for CSRP2 at approximately 21 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
