	ABT1	Basal transcription of genes by RNA polymerase II requires the interaction of TATA-binding protein (TBP) with the core region of class II promoters. Studies in mouse suggest that the protein encoded by this gene likely activates basal transcription from class II promoters by interaction with TBP and the class II promoter DNA. 		Immunoprecipitation: ABT1 Antibody [NBP2-22333] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: NBP2-22333 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. ABT1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ABT1 antibody NBP2-22332. For blotting immunoprecipitated ABT1, NBP2-22333 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
		Western Blot: ABT1 Antibody [NBP2-22333] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from 293T, HeLa, and Jurkat cells. Antibody NBP2-22333 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
