About IL-33 R and Purified
IL-33 R | The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the interleukin 1 receptor family. Studies of the similar gene in mouse suggested that this receptor can be induced by proinflammatory stimuli, and may be involved in the function of helper T cells. This gene, interleukin 1 receptor, type I (IL1R1), interleukin 1 receptor, type II (IL1R2) and interleukin 1 receptor-like 2 (IL1RL2) form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q12. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008] |

Human ST2/IL-33 R ELISA Standard Curve. Recombinant Human ST2/IL-33 R protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Rabbit Anti-Human ST2/IL-33 R Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5232) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Mouse Anti-Human ST2/IL-33 R Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5231) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994). |

Detection of ST2/IL-33 R in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human ST2/IL-33 R and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) human ST2/IL-33 R or (B) irrelevant transfectants and eGFP was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human ST2/IL-33 R Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5232) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB1050). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins. |
