Detection of Human Menin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line. Gels were loaded with 30 µg of whole cell lysate (WCL), 20 µg of cytoplasmic (Cyto), and 10 µg of nuclear extracts (Nuc). PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Menin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6005) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for Menin at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
