Cell Proliferation Induced by IL-3 and Neutralization by Mouse IL-3 R beta Antibody. Recombinant Mouse IL-3 (Catalog # 403-ML) stimulates proliferation in the NFS-60 mouse myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line).
