	IL-22 R alpha 1	The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the class II cytokine receptor family, and has been shown to be a receptor for interleukin 22 (IL22). IL22 receptor is a protein complex that consists of this protein and interleukin 10 receptor, beta (IL10BR/CRFB4), a subunit also shared by the receptor complex for interleukin 10 (IL10). This gene and interleukin 28 receptor, alpha (IL28RA) form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in the chromosomal region 1p36. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

		Detection of IL-22 R alpha 1 in Hepa 1-6 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. Hepa 1-6 mouse hepatoma cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse IL-22 R alpha 1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB42941, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB006, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')₂ Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113).
		IL-22 R alpha 1 in Hepa 1-6 Mouse Cell Line. IL-22 R alpha 1 was detected in immersion fixed Hepa 1-6 mouse hepatoma cell line using Rat Anti-Mouse IL-22 R alpha 1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB42941) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (yellow; Catalog # NL013) and counter-stained with DAPI (blue).
