	IL-13 R alpha 2	The protein encoded by this gene is closely related to Il13RA1, a subuint of the interleukin 13 receptor complex. This protein binds IL13 with high affinity, but lacks cytoplasmic domain, and does not appear to function as a signal mediator. It is reported to play a role in the internalization of IL13. IL-13 R alpha 2 was detected in immersion fixed mouse splenocytes using Mouse IL-13 R alpha 2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF539) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). IL-13 R alpha 2 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse thymus using Goat Anti-Mouse IL-13 R alpha 2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF539) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
