Description The antibody NAP-03 recognizes the defined epitope (aa 196-212) of human Non-T cell Activation Linker (NTAL), also known as LAB (linker of activated B cells), a 30 kDa transmembrane adaptor protein present in membrane microdomains (rafts) of B cells, NK cells and myeloid cells.
About NTAL and DyLight 680
NTAL This gene is one of the contiguous genes at 7q11.23 commonly deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder. This gene consists of at least 14 exons, and its alternative splicing generates 3 transcript variants, all encoding the same protein. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
DyLight 680 DyLight™ 680 has an excitation peak at 692 nm and an emission peak at 712 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 680 and Cy5.5. DyLight™ 680 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
