	KLRG1	Natural killer (NK) cells are lymphocytes that can mediate lysis of certain tumor cells and virus-infected cells without previous activation. They can also regulate specific humoral and cell-mediated immunity. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the killer cell lectin-like receptor (KLR) family, which is a group of transmembrane proteins preferentially expressed in NK cells. Studies in mice suggested that the expression of this gene may be regulated by MHC class I molecules. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2016]
	SuperBright 600	SuperBright 600 (SB600) is a fluorescent polymer with an excitation peak at 414 nm and an emission peak at 600 nm. SB600 is spectrally similar to StarBright Violet 610 and BV605. This dye is a member of the SuperBright dye family, sold by ThermoFisher Scientific under license from BD Bioscience.

		Normal human peripheral blood cells cells were stained with CD28 Monoclonal Antibody, FITC (Product # 11-0289-42) and Mouse IgG2a kappa Isotype Control, Super Bright 600 (Product # 63-4724-82) (left) or KLRG1 Monoclonal Antibody, Super Bright 600 (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
