	Description	PE/Cyanine7 anti-mouse CD355 (CRTAM)

	CD355	The CRTAM gene is upregulated in CD4 (see MIM 186940)-positive and CD8 (see CD8A; MIM 186910)-positive T cells and encodes a type I transmembrane protein with V and C1-like Ig domains (Yeh et al., 2008 [PubMed 18329370]).[supplied by OMIM, Feb 2009]
	PE-Cy7	PE-Cyanine®7 (PE-Cy7, RPE-Cy7) is a far red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy7. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy7, which emits light that can be captured with a 780/60 nm bandpass filter. PE-CY7 has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emission peak at 778 nm, and is a suitable alternative to PE-Vio®770 (Miltenyi) and cFluor BYG781 (Cytek).

		C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stimulated (overnight) with immobilized TCR-β (clone H57-597), then stained with CD8 FITC and CD355 (clone 11-5/CRTAM) PE/Cy7 (top) or rat IgG2a, κ PE/Cy7 isotype control (bottom).
