About Live-or-Dye NucFix Red
Biotium' Live-or-Dye™ NucFix Red is a fluorogenic, cell-impermeant nucleic acid stain with an excitation peak at 520 nm and an emission peak at 593 nm. Although it is a nuclear stain, it also covalently crosslinks inside the cell for retention with subsequent fixation and permeabilization.
