About CD264 and DyLight 680
CD264 The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor contains an extracellular TRAIL-binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and a truncated cytoplamic death domain. This receptor does not induce apoptosis, and has been shown to play an inhibitory role in TRAIL-induced cell apoptosis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
DyLight 680 DyLight™ 680 has an excitation peak at 692 nm and an emission peak at 712 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 680 and Cy5.5. DyLight™ 680 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
