About IgG
This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

About RealYellow 703
RealYellow 703 (RY703) is a spectrally novel fluorophore from BD Biosciences. The closest spectral equivalent is PE-Cy5.5 and PE-Fire 700 (BioLegend) but is far superior in its discrete excitation off the 561nm laser and limited cross-beam excitation by the 488nm laser. This limited cross-beam excitation will translate to lower complexity index scores and lower spillover spreading error in high parameter spectral flow cytometry applications.
