Description This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-guinea pig IgG (H+L) with CF®568 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Red fluorescent CF®568 dye has excitation/emission at 562/583 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, sheep and rat serum.

CF568 CF®568 from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 562 nm and an emission peak at 583 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 568 and ATTO 565. However, in flow cytometry, a superior alternative is R-PE. In microscopy, CF®568 is validated in super-resolution imaging by STORM, STED, Structured Illumination (SIM) and TIRF.
