Description This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-guinea pig IgG (H+L) with CF®555 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange-red fluorescent CF®555 dye has excitation/emission at 555/565 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, sheep and rat serum.

CF555 CF®555 from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 555 nm and an emission peak at 565 nm. It can be useful in both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. It is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 555, ATTO 550 and DyLight™ 550. In Flow Cytometry, R-PE is a brighter alternative to CF®555. In microscopy, it has been validated for use in super-resolution imaging by STORM.
