Description | Adora2b/Adenosine Receptor A2b (E8V7W) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total mouse Adora2b/Adenosine Receptor A2b protein. This antibody cross-reacts with human Adenosine receptor A2a protein but not with mouse Adenosine receptor A2a protein or human Adenosine receptor A2b protein. This antibody detects a 140 kDa band of unknown origin, and in human cell lines, detects a 42 kDa band of unknown origin. |
About Adenosine A2b Receptor and Purified
Adenosine A2b Receptor | This gene encodes an adenosine receptor that is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. This integral membrane protein stimulates adenylate cyclase activity in the presence of adenosine. This protein also interacts with netrin-1, which is involved in axon elongation. The gene is located near the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008] |
