	ZFAND2B	This gene encodes a protein containing AN1-type zinc-fingers and ubiquitin-interacting motifs. The encoded protein likely associates with the proteosome to stimulate the degradation of toxic or misfolded proteins. 		Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ZFAND2B Antibody (OTI1G10) [NBP2-03636] - ZFAND2B Antibody (1G10) [NBP2-03636] Staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY ZFAND2B.
		Flow Cytometry: ZFAND2B Antibody (1G10) [NBP2-03636] - HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpression plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-ZFAND2B antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
		Western Blot: ZFAND2B Antibody (1G10) [NBP2-03636] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ZFAND2B (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ZFAND2B.
