	RND1	This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the Rho GTPase family. Members of this family regulate the organization of the actin cytoskeleton in response to extracellular growth factors. A similar protein in rat interacts with a microtubule regulator to control axon extension. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2014]

		Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RND1 Antibody (1C3) [NBP2-03000] Staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY RND1.
		Flow Cytometry: RND1 Antibody (1C3) [NBP2-03000] - Analysis of Hela cells, using anti-RND1 antibody, (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (Blue).
		Flow Cytometry: RND1 Antibody (1C3) [NBP2-03000] - HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpression plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-RND1 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
		Western Blot: RND1 Antibody (1C3) [NBP2-03000] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY RND1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-RND1.
