About CD34 and DyLight 755
CD34 The protein encoded by this gene may play a role in the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or to stromal cells. This single-pass membrane protein is highly glycosylated and phosphorylated by protein kinase C. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DyLight 755 DyLight™ 755 has an excitation peak of 754 nm and an emission peak of 776 nm and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 750. DyLight™ 755 is most commonly used in fluorescence micrscopy.
