Optimized for spectral unmixing cytometers, PE/Fire™ 810 is excited by the blue and yellow/green lasers and can utilized for nearly any antigen since it has little spectral overlap with other fluorophores. While we have released several PE tandem options, our data below shows PE/Fire™ 810 can be unmixed from them in a multicolor panel. |
