	Description	PE/Dazzle 594 anti-human IFN-gamma

	IFN-gamma	This gene encodes a soluble cytokine that is a member of the type II interferon class. The encoded protein is secreted by cells of both the innate and adaptive immune systems. The active protein is a homodimer that binds to the interferon gamma receptor which triggers a cellular response to viral and microbial infections. Mutations in this gene are associated with an increased susceptibility to viral, bacterial and parasitic infections and to several autoimmune diseases. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2015]
	PE-Dazzle 594	PE-Dazzle® 594 (RPE-Dazzle 594) from Biolegend is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines pycoerythrin (PE) and Dazzle 594. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Dazzle 594, which emitts light that can be captured with a 610/20 nm bandpass filter. PE-Dazzle 594 has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emission peak at 610 nm, and is suitable alternative to PE-Texas Red, PE-eF610, PE-Alexa Fluor™ 610 or PE-CF®594.

		PMA+ Ionomycin-human peripheral blood lymphocytes (in the presence of monensin for 6 hours) were surface stained with CD3 FITC, fixed, permeabilized, and then stained with IFN-γ (clone 4S.B3) PE/Dazzle™ 594 (top) or mouse IgG1, κ PE/Dazzle™ 594 isotype control (bottom).
