	CD34	The protein encoded by this gene may play a role in the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or to stromal cells. This single-pass membrane protein is highly glycosylated and phosphorylated by protein kinase C. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. 	Pacific Blue	Pacific Blue® (Pac Blue, PacBlue) is a blue-emitting organic fluorophore that can be excited by the 405 nm Violet laser and captured with a 450/50 nm bandpass filter. Pacific Blue has an excititaion peak at 401 nm and an emission peak at 452 nm.

		Human peripheral blood leukocytes stained with CD34 Pacific Blue™ (clone 581) or mouse IgG1, κ Pacific Blue™ isotype control and costained with CD45 FITC, CD14 PE and 7-AAD, then analyzed via gating on total live and CD14 negative lymphocyte population.
