About NTF2 and DyLight 405
NTF2 This gene encodes a cytosolic factor that facilitates protein transport into the nucleus. The encoded protein is required for nuclear import of the small Ras-like GTPase, Ran which is involved in numerous cellular processes. This protein also interacts with the nuclear pore complex glycoprotein p62. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2016]
DyLight 405 DyLight™ 405 has an excitation peak at 400 nm and an emission peak at 420 nm and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 405 and Cascade Blue. DyLight™ 405 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
