About MIP-1 beta and APC-H7
MIP-1 beta The protein encoded by this gene is a mitogen-inducible monokine and is one of the major HIV-suppressive factors produced by CD8+ T-cells. The encoded protein is secreted and has chemokinetic and inflammatory functions. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2012]
APC-H7 APC-H7 from BD Biosciences has an excitation peak at 651 nm and an emission peak at 785 nm. It's useful in flow cytometry and is spectrally similar to APC-Alexa 750, APC-CF®770, APC-Cy7, APC-Fire™ 750, APC-Vio®770, APC-eFluor™ 780 and Seta-APC-780.
