CD34 The protein encoded by this gene may play a role in the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or to stromal cells. This single-pass membrane protein is highly glycosylated and phosphorylated by protein kinase C. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. SuperBright 645 SuperBright 645 (SB645) is a fluorescent polymer with an excitation peak at 414 nm and an emission peak at 645 nm. SB645 is spectrally similar to StarBright Violet 670 and BV650. This dye is a member of the SuperBright dye family, sold by ThermoFisher Scientific under license from BD Bioscience.
