Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with CD4 Monoclonal Antibody (unconjugated RPA-T4, a mouse IgG1, Product # 14-0049-82) and CD3 Monoclonal Antibody, FITC (Product # 11-0037-42) followed by staining with 0.5 µg of Rat IgG2a kappa Isotype Control, Super Bright 780 (Product # 78-4321-82) (left) or 0.5 µg of Rat anti-Mouse IgG1, Super Bright 780 (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
