Flow cytometry analysis of Methylglyoxal in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). Sample was fixed using 90% methanol, incubated with Methylglyoxal monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27568) using a dilution of 1:50 (30 min on ice), and followed by Goat Anti-Mouse PE (20 min at RT) at a dilution of 1:100. Cells were stressed using 250 µM H2O2 for 24 hours. |
