Description The monoclonal Anti-DYKDDDDK antibody specifically recognizes DYKDDDDK-tagged (also known as FLAG®-tagged) proteins expressed in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. The Anti-DYKDDDDK-HRP antibody enables direct protein detection in Western blot and ELISA analysis without the need for a secondary antibody. Fluorochrome-conjugated Anti-DYKDDDDK antibodies enable direct flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy analysis.
