Wnt-3a Purified (Rabbit) - Reactivity: Bovine, Canine, Equine, Guinea Pig, Human, Mouse, Porcine, Rabbit, Rat, Zebrafish
Product Details
| Description | This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against Wnt3a. It was validated on Western Blot by Aviva Systems Biology. At Aviva Systems Biology we manufacture rabbit polyclonal antibodies on a large scale (200-1000 products/month) of high throughput manner. Our antibodies are peptide based and protein family oriented. We usually provide antibodies covering each member of a whole protein family of your interest. We also use our best efforts to provide you antibodies recognize various epitopes of a target protein. For availability of antibody needed for your experiment, please inquire (info@avivasysbio.com). | |

About Wnt-3a
The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes which encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. It encodes a protein which shows 96% amino acid identity to mouse Wnt3A protein, and 84% to human WNT3 protein, another WNT gene product. This gene is clustered with WNT14 gene, another family member, in chromosome 1q42 region. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
