| Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to FCRL4, which is also known as IRTA1 and FCRH4. FCRL4 is frequently found in the significant cytoplasmic localization in single pass membrane and is expressed in the testis and thymus. It is overexpressed in the spleen and terminal ileum. This protein can extensively function as an inhibitor of the B-cell receptor signaling and also functions in the B-cell-mediated immune response. |
