The Miltenyi Biotec UltraMicroscope Blaze™ Light Sheet Microscope is a user-friendly light sheet microscope designed for subcellular 3D imaging of large and multiple samples. A standard sample chamber accommodates multiple rodent organs/organoids, while the XXL upgrade expands capacity for human kidney or whole adult mouse models. The new LightSpeed Mode enables unprecedented imaging speed while preserving high resolution. The UltraMicroscope Blaze with its AO configuration can host up to three MI Plan objective lenses. Cutting-edge illumination optics generate multiple light sheets that overlap in the desired FOV and excite the sample from both sides, resulting in a uniform illumination profile, improved optical sectioning, and higher image quality.
