TOTO-1 (Thiazole Orange Homodimer) from Thermo Fisher Scientific is a bis-intercalating, fluorogenic DNA dye used for counterstaining fixed cell nucleii or for assessing viability in flow cytometry. It has an excitation peak at 514 nm and an emission peak at 533 nm.
